First Day of School

It's hard to believe it's school time again! Elijah (Gr. 1) started a few days earlier than Grace who just began Kindergarten today! She has been waiting for this moment for an entire year. Basically, since Elijah started school last year! So, when we dropped her off for her first day there were some kids that were nervous, some shedding a few tears, but Grace was chatting it up and would not have cared if we didn't even say good-bye! Funny girl!

    They just make me smile so much, what wonderful grandchildren God has blessed us with. Did she think of wearing the hat or did you suggest it. She looks uber-cool!

    Oh I should have mentioned how handsome Elijah looks with his helmet tossed back. Riding to school...big independence.
