Today, I am hitting the road with Paul Evans our good friend who works for Africa Inland Mission as the mobilizer for our region. We are off to Eston Bible College. My cousin and his wife work at the college and have asked me to share at the evening chapel. So, I am going to be sharing for a few minutes about our plans for Africa and then a bit of my heart for missions from the Scripture. Paul is going to set up the AIM display and hopefully we will be able to have some good conversations with students after the service.
This Friday night (Oct. 22nd) we are having an info meeting about our plans for Africa that is open to the people of our community. We have invited friends who are interested in hearing more. If you are reading this and would like to attend let me know and I will fill you in with the details.
Then, on Sunday we are going to be at Sunningdale Community Church in Moose Jaw to share for about 5 minutes about our plans for Africa with the congregation there. We are excited to go to Sunningdale and see friends that we have made in this church.
It is going to be a busy week sharing about the work God is calling us to. We would appreciate your prayers through this week that God would sustain us and help us to communicate the vision He has given us for Kenya with clarity and passion.
